Data Deletion Instructions

1. What you can ask us to delete

• your website enquiries and demo sign-ups;
• your Fivooo user account;
• the link between your WhatsApp number and your account, and your WhatsApp conversation history with Fivooo; and
• for customer organisations, all Customer Data. This request must come from the account owner.

2. How to request deletion

• Email hello@fivooo.ai with the subject "Data deletion request". If you have a Fivooo account, send it from the email address linked to the account.
• Include your name.
• Include the email address and/or WhatsApp number (with country code) concerned.
• Say what you want deleted.

3. Verifying it is you

We may confirm your identity by replying to the email address on file or by sending a code to the WhatsApp number concerned. We will not act on a request we cannot verify.

4. What happens next

We acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete it within 21 days. When it is done, we confirm by email with a reference.

5. What we may keep

• Records we must keep by law, such as billing records, which we keep for 7 years.
• Backups, from which deleted data rolls off within 35 days.
• Information already aggregated so that it no longer identifies you.

If you are a staff user of a customer organisation, the business records you created, such as stock counts and orders, belong to your employer. We remove or anonymise your personal identifiers from them, and the records themselves are deleted only at the organisation's request.

6. Stopping WhatsApp messages right away

You can block the Fivooo number in WhatsApp at any time. We never message you first. Data held by WhatsApp itself is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
